For my first blog post, I'll give a bit of a back story of the beginning of our journey. I have lots to tell you in the next few blogs to get you caught up to our current plan & struggle.
Ever since I was a teen and first started my period, I had problems. I never had normal cycles and would go months without having any cycle. I went on birth control at a young age to regulate my cycles and it worked.
My husband and I were married December 31, 2016, we talked about trying for children right away because I didn’t know how long it would take with my issues.
Fast forward to April 17th, 2018, I finally got in with a fertility specialist Dr. Ripley at the IWK. He had me undergo many tests and procedures to find out what was going on. My next blog I will go further into detail about every test I went through and the results.
I have PCOS but without the cysts. My biggest symptom is irregular cycles causing me not to ovulate every month like I should.
Tough times and wrong paths in life brought me to where I am today. This journey has been filled up so many ups and downs. I hope you join for my next blog, I have lots to catch you up on!
